With a team of 8 across the Northern European region, we are structured around 4 activities: Media, Brand Experience, Brand Partnerships, Services & Data. We focus on commercial opportunities and revenues through a client-centric 360° approach within shopping centers, placing Westfield Rise as a key player in the retail media market. You will work with the entire team, who are based in NL and SE. They are high performing, seasoned and engaged talents. You will report to the Head of Westfield Rise, based in Stockholm, a young highly energetic creative opportunity seeker with an exceptional track record in engaging with large famous accounts.
What we offer
As an analyst for Westfield Rise Northern Europe, you will have an important key-role supporting the team driving revenues for Westfield Rise according to our strategy, delivery standards, annual Business Plan and budgets.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Westfield Rise team in their daily work, overseeing the financial modeling, CRM tools and internal systems.
- Monitor and analyze our performance and work closely with other departments to provide relevant reports and data within the region (incl. URW key group processes like budgeting and forecast).
- Work closely with the Head of Westfield Rise, preparing market & business analysis and presenting recommendations for business decisions to improve our performance.
Where will you work?
Our teams work in our head offices or in our assets. The role is a full-time position and the team is generally present in office or in the assets. For this role we expect that you will work from our Westfield Assets at least once a week and the other days you will mainly work in our HQ in Stockholm.

- You hold a bachelor/master´s degree, preferably with a business background (economics, finance, management, etc.).
- Do you have relevant working experience at a brand experience, event or media agency or working experience within (physical) marketing or advertising for a brand?
- Your strong financial and analytical skills, with high expertise in Excel and Powerpoint, are very beneficial for this role.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Can you show us strong organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail?
- Have you proven to be a self-starter, who is driven and self-motivated to deliver results?
- You have a 1-3 years experience in retail/real estate and interest in the industry.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and you are confident in dealing with key internal and external stakeholders.
